Our planning fees start at $300 and include: Initial consultation and destination expertise Custom itinerary design tailored to your preferences Recommendations for accommodations and exclusive experiences Access to preferred partnership benefits (like upgrades and amenities, where applicable) Booking all travel arrangements Preparation and delivery of final itinerary and travel documents In-travel support and assistance Guidance on essential details like entry requirements and travel insurance We’re confident that the value of our service far exceeds the fee, thanks to the time you’ll save and the enhanced experiences we provide. For simple hotel bookings, there’s no service fee. Air ticketing fees start at $50 per person and include pre-travel assistance as well as 24/7 emergency support during your trip.
